Mencegah dehidrasi

Puasa menyebabkan kita kekurangan cairan tubuh dan dehidrasi.
Maka untuk mencegah hal itu, alangkah baiknya jika kita mengonsumsi air kelapa Ketika berbuka puasa.
Karena dengan mengonsumsi itu cairan tubuh kita akan kembali normal.
