Effective Pollution(The school life)
As some or all of us may know, pollution is the introduction of contaminants into the natural environment that cause adverse change. Pollution can take the form of chemical substances or energy, such as noise, heat, or light, but my main focus is going to be the pollution which is produced by the body after various metabolic activities, which is effectively known as "Fart" as some people may call it.
WHAT IS FART?
Let me take my time to explain this fascinating activity. Fart is an offensive smell which is emitted from the anus after various metabolic activities. Most people find it offensive, while others believe it is inevitable. It is strongly believed that if it is something that happens naturally, there should be a level of regards to what people would think, courtesy and discipline should be applied.
MY EXPERIENCE?
I as an individual have had certain experiences relating to this subject matter. Since i am all about the school life, i would zero it down to an experience i had recently at school.
A day came when i was lying down in my room with a very solemn wind blowing to and fro, when i heard a shout from the nearest room, curious about what happened, i listened carefully, just to discover that a roommate had released a fart in his room and locked the other roommates inside, which lead to a steaming controversy which lasted a while, funny right?
While some people saw it as something to laugh about, others felt offended.
WANT TO REDUCE HOW YOU FART?
This been a really great disadvantage to one's presence, some few tips where discovered which would reduce the level of how often fart is produced, so an individual do not have more people disgusted by his or her presence, than people who would appreciate the individuals presence. Here are some tips;
EAT RIGHT AND MINDFULLY :- Eating can be very interesting especially when the food was prepared nicely, but that do not mean an individual should not eat with caution.
AVOID CHEWING GUM :- Chewing gum is nice, but it increases gas production.
CUT BACK ON GAS:- We all know some of the substances that introduces gas into an individuals system e.g complex sugars, fructose, lactose, insoluble fibres, starches, e.t.c, avoid it!
Check for food intolerances with an elimination diet.
AVOID SODA, BEAR AND OTHER CARBONATED BEVERAGES:- Yes, it is said that when tasty, liquid quenches the taste, but there are some liquids that are not just advised to take as an individual.
TRY ENZYME SUPPLEMENT :- They speed up the rate of reaction in the human body which aids digestion.
TRY PROBIOTICS :- Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for you, especially your digestive system. We usually think of these as germs that cause diseases. But your body is full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called "good" or "helpful" bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy.
QUIT SMOKING :- Smoking is an act that introduces gas into the body, which is not healthy.
TREAT YOUR CONSTIPATION :- An individual should always treat any disturbance he or she experiences.
INCREASE YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :- Always exercise!
