HELP ! HELP ! HELP !

Good morning everyone here, for over a week now i don't really know what is disturbing me, sometimes i sleep in the night and wakeup in the morning and feels as if nothing is wrong with me. But when it comes from afternoon to evening then my head will be spinning, feeling cool, and also be sheviry at the same time. I wish to go for routine check up but am having financial challenges. So i want to use this platform to plead with everyone here to render me a help so that it would eneble me to go for a check up and know my health status,and also provide drugs for myself to regain my straight.
