ALCOHOL , no body knows how long have human being been drinking wine ? there are hundreds of form of wine, the first sign of use shows up in the Hindu Epic book that some God ,Goddess and kings are used to drink to celebrate their victory when won others kingdom .

I have seen in my village that peoples are used to make wine in their home from local fruits

Besides heavy drinking may lead to Alcoholism and alcohol abuse as well as liver disease , heart disease , cancer, kidney , sugar problem and others health problem .

But some researcher advise people to drink wine atleast occasionally , for some people moderate drinking is probably safe but not risk free , If you drink systematically like not more than three drinks a day or seven drinks in a week as per age limit it helps to reduce the certain risk of heart problem and benefit to brain health . Anything more than moderate drinking is always risky and harmful so dont get addicted to wine .

I like the idea of drinking healthy, homemade wine in reasonable quantities, perhaps even daily, like the French. Since I didn't grow up drinking alcohol, I'm not used to the bitter taste of it. Seriously I've tried drinking wine, and it was horrible, but then again, maybe it was bad wine?? Anyways, I rather eat my calories and I get the benefits of wine from taking supplements.
