• Increases focus without the spike and crash in energy often caused by coffee.
• Antioxidant-rich
• Improves digestive health.
• Does not affect sleep or cause nervousness like coffee can, due to lower caffeine content and the presence of the soothing, calming neurotransmitter, Theanine
• Acts as an anti-microbial in the body, fighting bad bacteria/viruses
• Improves immunity.
• Alkalizes the body.
• Boosts metabolism.
Green tea is also rich in a group of chemicals, called catechin polyphenols -These catechin polyphenols include catechin, epicatechin, epicatechin gallate (ECG), epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), and various pro-anthocyanidins. They are also known as flavonoids and are very powerful antioxidants. Reduction of oxidative stress in the body is essential for maintaining vitality and a healthy immune system.
When you are under stress or recurring environmental pressure, it is important that you take herbs such as green tea to combat the effects. For this reason Green tea is wonderful for giving you mental clarity, as well as refreshing, revitalizing and helping you to maintaining an optimal immune system.

Secret Strengthener of the Samurai!
Salty, slightly sweet, and VERY sour! Umebosh plum is not for the faint of heart. When you first bite in it may taste sweet but very quickly, the sour takes over- so BUCKLE UP.
Its restorative powers are due at least in part to the fact it is rich in the electrolytes sodium and potassium, which help fight fatigue, nausea and dizziness.
Worn out after your workout? With its ability in helping to break down and flush out lactic acid, one of the causes of physical fatigue you cant go wrong reaching for an Umeboshi plum.
Other great benefits noted about Umeboshi are the following
• beneficial for nausea
• motion sickness
• diarrhea
• constipation
• improving circulation
• boosting the immune system.
Culturally in Japan it is said that an Umeboshi a day keeps the doctor away.
Anything that can bring the Samurai back to life must have great benefit
Cannabis strain
Top Dawg
Sativa 60% Indica 40%. I like the ratios of Sative/Indica on this for revitalizing you. This will ease your mind, relax your muscles, and help with your appetite.

Hi @bigcatcannabis, aren't your two articles the same? Or with very slight differences?
LOL- yes- the difference is that the second article is the complete article. One of those wrinkles in time where I thought I had copied and pasted the entire article only to see I missed the intro! Thanks for checking it out. Have a great day!
Haha! That's the thing with working online ... but back to the article. I have had umeboshi plums many years ago when I lived in the city, and one could get just about anything. Now that I'm living in a small town on the coast, it's not so easy. We make weed tea, with a bit of coconut oil which draws out the THC. I add a bit of honey for taste.
