Lets Have Look On Biceps Blasting Excercises Look Below 👇💪

1- Barbell Curls : The Best And Very Effective Excercise For Growing Mass and Size On Your Biceps (4 sets with increasing weight per set ).

2- Narrow Grip Barbell Curls : Same As Barbell Curls But This With Narrow Grip For Outer Part Of Your Biceps (3 sets with increasing weight )
