Organic watermelon is the best! Other than that, we never eat it here in Thailand - when it's conventionally grown, watermelon (like strawberries) becomes pesticide soup. All the more reason to check where our food comes from and support the amazing local farmers. LOTS of Chiang Mai people alternate time out of country with Ecuador, although the last political scare threw a few people I know into a tailspin and they left.
