20 cl of milk
50 g of sugar
2 sheets of gelatin
3 egg whites
Vanilla powder

Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 7 MIN
Prep. : 2 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Boil the milk.
Off the heat add sugar and vanilla.
Return to low heat for 2 minutes while stirring (small broth).
Stir in the drained gelatin and let cool.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix with the cream carefully.
(Garnish the precooked pie shell and add the fruits of your choice.
