Avoid sugary foods and drinks
Although it's better to break the fast it's all sweet to restore energy, but do not fall asleep until most. Too much food and sugary drinks will actually be stored as fat by the body, which so disrupt your diet.
The reason is when fasting, body insulin production decreased. Though insulin serves to convert sugar into energy sources. If sugar is not converted into energy, the body will store it in the form of fat. This is why eating a sweet meal when fasting can make you fat.
So, better choose foods with complex carbohydrates to increase energy. For example from fruit, vegetables, and brown rice.
