Fast food
generally contain high calories with low nutrient content. Therefore, fast food usually minimally contribute to health. Eating fast food with excess is also highly discouraged because of its low nutritional content with abundant calories. But because it is known for fast food, cheap, and delicious, then not a few people who like it.
So what is the impact of fast food for the health of the body?

1.Obesitas
