Introducing mySELF

Hello, Fellow Steemers,

I’m Ana-Stasia my birth name is Stacey Ann, as I have awakened to the truth of this reality, I have seen how many things have been inverted. So I did the same with my name. As the name Stacey comes from Anastasia and Anastasia means resurrection, I felt it's very fitting to my own personal journey.

So a little about me, my life hasn't been a smooth ride, and I’ve spent 10 years healing from some pretty dark situations within my ancestral bloodline. I’ve alchemised these deep wounds into wisdom and now facilitate others in becoming their own inner healer.

Here's an interesting story about me. My healing journey took me to the Amazon jungle in Peru, where I spent almost 2 years solid living in the forest and serving Ayahuasca. It was a cosmic journey of both bliss, suffering and an invaluable amount of insight. I have now moved away from the plant medicine world, as I witness something that was once sacred taken over by hipsters and an influx of charlatans. ’Of course, there are still many genuine heart-based individuals working with plant medicine which I honour and respect, below are two of these individuals. I also have an internal battle with a part of me that views it as ‘cultural theft’ as the scene has been saturated with tourism and the popularity of two-week “shaman courses." I’m sure as my own integration continues I’ll gain more clarity on the medicine world, and how plants can be continued to be used as a beneficial tool in healing.

One very memorial story from the jungle was when we survived a land invasion. Being a Brit, I’ve never seen a gun till I went to South America and a part of me was terrified as we were confronted with guns and knives. But there was a stronger part of me, the warrior part that fears no Evil. So I stayed in my little wooden home while the jungle around was being chopped down and set on fire and protected what wildlife we could. Below is a picture of a Sloth, we saved who’s tree home had been cut down and was aimlessly wandering around in the barren lands.

In every personal ceremony and every ceremony I would facilitate, the teaching from Madre Ayahuasca was the same “we are our own healers” in essence we are our own medicine nothing is outside of us. It was this consistent message that leads me on to studying a psychotherapy called IFS (Internal Family Systems). Which is a modality that works with our own internal family. We are not singular minded we have many parts, and all these parts need to be accepted and integrated into ourselves. To enable us to evolve into our sovereign birthright and have supreme leadership over our inner world.

Since working with this model with myself and others. I’ve manifested a group of people who are working with sovereignty on all levels. Some are working on the energetics, others it is financial and law and some I can't mention at this stage. I have no idea where this path will lead, but that's the path of the Heart Warrior, my job is to follow it one heart impulse at a time...
