- A banana (it can be a little old or new) of your preference and the one you have
-5 tablespoons of rolled oats
-Egg
-4 tablespoons of wheat flour
-Oil or butter
-a teaspoon of vanilla essence
-a knife, fork or spoon
Preparation:
1 First we are going to cut the banana into squares like this in the photo; it helps to cut it into a cross and then into squares.
2 When we cut the banana with the knife, we mix it with the egg and the vanilla essence.
3 We stir with the fork and add the rolled oats. when we finish we add the wheat flour until everything is well mixed.
- We grease the pan and base the dough on it and spread with a spoon giving it a circular shape. Cover it and let it cook over low heat until it dries.

5 Finally, when the tortilla dries as in the photo, turn it over and squash it so that it cooks on the other side; Only turn it over if it is dry so that it does not fall apart when you turn it over. To complement it, you can serve it with strawberries, blueberries, mango, grapes, the fruit you prefer and you can apply any jam or syrup and enjoy it.
