Foods That Can Cause Vertigo

  • High Sugar Food. Foods and drinks high in sugar, such as those containing honey, granulated sugar, brown sugar such as cakes and soda, should be avoided by people with vertigo.
  • Foods and Drinks Containing Caffeine
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Foods High in Salt.

One thing that really needs to be considered is that Vertigo can recur at any time and last from a few minutes to hours. Recurrence of vertigo can be triggered by changes in head position as well as some diseases such as problems with the inner ear and head.
