Reef Runway - Honolulu, Hawaii

Here's a picture of the Reef Runway from the plane flying back to Oahu. The Reef Runway was the world's first major runway constructed entirely offshore completed in 1977. It was also a designated alternate landing site for the Space Shuttle.
