Harvey Recovery in Crosby, Update 11 from RayJ

It is hard to believe that it has been a week since the storm made landfall and I still can't drive East on several roads here. I was able to on one road today, barely, while taking a young woman out to see the condition of their home. It is not good, not even livable. Here is a link to my latest update:
