Happiness Contest 01: The State of Happiness

always out of reach

disappearing appearing

scheduleless

stoking anticipation

flirting teasing tantalising

inflaming curiousity

one day

the gift steals home

snuggling into a bespoke spot in my mind

delayed discovery

acceptance

tentative prodding

kneading stretching

pummeling folding

dissecting grafting molding

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Robert Frost, “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” from The Poetry of Robert Frost

"A person will sometimes spend all his life to the development of one part of his body - the wishbone." Robert Frost.

Confession: I had to look that one up.
