There are products, the use of which can cause unpredictable effect. And their impact on our psyche is due not only to the pleasure of eating. Despite the availability of some of these ingredients, we do not recommend using them for the purpose to experience a thrill. Side effects are much more unpleasant than one might imagine.

Burning seasonings

Consuming them for food can have a psychedelic effect, and this has been experimentally proven. British doctor Jan Rothwell personally tested the world's most acute curry in one of the restaurants, after which he was able to substantiate the theory. It is known that spicy food increases the level of endorphins in the blood, and the burning intensity of pepper strengthens this effect.
