Creating a Chain Reaction of Good Habits
Human behavior is tied up with one another. If we got hundreds of good habit but only one bad habit, it's obvious; that single bad habit will affect on our life. I am explaining this to reflect on what I am talking about today.
Our habits work like a chain reaction.
Let me explain this!
if you decide to walk on the early morning, you will find that you are going towards a more healthy life. Like taking more healthy food, thinking positive ie. All that will not be an active work, you will not notice that first. But it will work eventually. And this same thing happens to our bad habits. So what I am talking about we should focus on this. And if we can create the chain of good habit, we will be our own leader in few days!
This thing actually have an official name. It calls The Domino Effect. If you see domino, how it works you will get that in a second. Like if you reduce your leisure time in front of TV, you will find that you are eating less snacks and started to loose some weight. This is how it works.
So if you want to change something for many days or even year. Try this method. Try the indirect way. Study your behavior and find out the passive way to create the chain. I have already given a few example, now it's your turn to make the chain and help yourself adopt some good habits.
But before following this or creating the chain actively we need to find out the principles of our behavior. I realized that if we have no commitment and consistency in our daily routine, this great theory may be also not gonna work on us. So be committed to yourself that you will keep the chain running. Like it's not a phenomenon that happens to you, but something you can create.
So create your own chain and keep it moving. You will make yourself adopt good habits in no time!
