Do you've got tutorials how to do a backflip out of standing? I learnd it just this year on a trampolin but would love to learn doing it on the ground!
No tutorials as of yet. It is something I would like to work on during the summer...
If you have the backflip on trampoline, you're well on your way to learning it on ground!
Sand is my favorite surface when I am afraid to throw a move. Also, having someone spot your flip can be invaluable both for your safety and getting over the mental block of going backwards.

Great idea, concrete might be not the best surface to try a backflip on the ground 😂 and I can't complain about a beachday 😍
