Thai government to issue digital investment token "G-Token"? | タイ政府がデジタル投資トークン「G-Token」発行か！？
タイのピチャイ財務相は14日、新しいデジタル投資トークンを2カ月から3カ月以内に発行する計画であると発表したそうで名称は「G-Token」で、発行額は50億バーツ（約221億円）。G-Tokenを販売して得た資金は国家予算として活用するというが、厳密には国債という位置付けではないそうなのでうが国家がこれをするのは面白いことだと思うし今後も楽しみですね。
Thailand's Finance Minister Pichai announced on the 14th that he plans to issue a new digital investment token within the next two to three months, called "G-Token," with an issuance amount of 5 billion baht (approximately 22.1 billion yen). The funds raised from selling G-Token will be used for the national budget, but strictly speaking, it is not positioned as a government bond, but I think it is interesting that the country is doing this, and I look forward to seeing what happens in the future.
