Today I gonna tell you one of the most important thing to grow on steemit platform.
And this is also important for any of the field you want to grow or work.
That's Community.

First of all let’s understand,

What is Community?

It is a group of people who have interest in the same field where they want to give there 100% of potential.
Let’s take an example of Steemit. I think this is one of the best platform where you can earn a lot without any investment,
But as you all know that competition is everywhere in the world. Similarly in this case too it has a lot of difficulties which we face while working on it

Like which type of content to make?
How to get more and more upvotes on post? and many more.

Here we need a Community.

We need a community who really understand our potential and they even help us making a good contents.

Apart from this,
There are some Requirements To build a good community.

1. Administration
2. Trust
3. Regular meeting
4. Thoughts
5. Patience

Let me make you clear all these points

1. Administration:-

It is one of the most important thing which is required by anyone to achieve a goal. The administrator of any community must make a good decision and should talk on it and it must be satisfied by every person. He should take care that is everyone is working along the rules or not. If anyone is not working he should consult him/her about their problems.

2. Trust:-

The most important aspect is the Trust. Trust is needed because as we all know that we all are working behind the stage where we don’t know each other so we have to trust on each other.

3. Regular meeting: -

It is also been done because there may be changes according to the problem faced by some members. The meeting may be online or offline no matter but it is necessary for everyone to have some meeting according to the agenda we make.

4. Thoughts:-

As we all know that we are expert in something so we should share our thoughts with our community and must take decisions accordingly. It makes a community really stronger and new ideas comes in Rules.

5. Patience:-

We must have to keep patience because if we do anything it needs sometime to achieve our goal.

These are my views on making a good community.
