RE: Gratitude Day 33: Grateful For Water
I am grateful that I can cook....
Mbok, can you cook? 😎
You just gave me a reason to be thankful.
When I served in Ebonyi State, water was such a luxury that corpers had to either hide water or steal it.
It was amusing as I have never had to stress over getting water but then I got used to it.
Thankfully, I'm back where water flows endlessly when needed.
It's a thing to be grateful for and you just reminded me to be thankful for that....
Ofcourse, I can cook. What would you like me to cook for you?
Hahaha, at stealing of water. During my service year in Delta, we didn't suffer for water except light. The compound where I was staying had tap water, though we used to pay a token to get it. When we have these experiences of water scarcity at other places, then we will realized how blesed we are to have water where we are. Thanks for stopping by
Can you cook edikang kong and Fried rice very well?
I'd love that.
I'm happy you didn't have to suffer for water 😂
You're right.
Sometimes, we don't know what we have until we experience being without it....
Cheers
