How To Fix GPU_0 at 4 mh/s (or low MH)

Hi,
this is my first STEEMIT Post, and the motherboard I have used is the ASUS B250 MINING EXPERT and this fix has worked for all my rigs and many others so I thought I would make a STEEMIT article for it! NOTE! if this doesn't work please don't downvote this post as you may have a different problem and if you're unsure if it will work then try it! who knows maybe it'll work!

Tutorial:
To fix this issue you can unplug your riser from the 16x PCI-E slot and insert it into the 1x instead although this may not make sense just try it as it has worked for a total of 20 people! this could be due to the motherboards bios or just that your os is getting confused anyway it works! and it inst like you were going to use the extra slots as the max GPUs windows can do is 12 and max SMOS can do is 15 and if you don't understand then here's an image to help! pciefix.PNG
