"Pair faces rape charges"
"Two Republic residents pleaded not guilty to rape, kidnapping and assault charges Friday in Ferry County Superior Court. The charges stem from an incident alleged to have happened in June.
Duane L. Simpson, 71, and Johnna R. Jewell, 53, are each
charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and
second-degree assault, poisoning, for allegedly drugging a local
woman and taking her back to their home for sex last June.
A Ferry County sheriff’s deputy first interviewed the complaining
witness June 19 at Mt. Carmel Hospital in Colville."

"If anyone else has been targeted for drugging, and robbery or rape, hair testing can be done to determine the presence of any date rape drugs in the hair. Because of my ongoing burglaries, and the hip injury of unknown origin which I woke up with in conjunction with another illegal entry and vandalism, as well as the burglary of a Costco Big Horn safe, in June, I had testing done that showed positive for GHB(rohypnol)... I had also found a light yellowish powder in and around my water containers in the kitchen (which I believe were used to drug me). People need to be aware that drugs are not only used for rape but for burglarizing targeted people in this area."
