米アルファベット傘下のグーグルは18日、サイバーセキュリティーの新興企業、Ｗｉｚ（ウィズ）を320億ドル（約４兆8000億円）で買収することで合意した。全額現金で取得するそうで、これはアルファベットにとって過去最大規模の買収となるそうなのですが初めて聞く企業なので何をしているかは分かりませんがこれから需要はある企業でしょうね。

It will be acquired entirely in cash, making it Alphabet's largest acquisition to date.
