For me it would be the following:

  1. Warmth
  2. A Sense of Adventure
  3. A Sense of Humor
  4. A Complete Level of Trust
  5. Confidence
  6. creativity
  7. A Willingness to Accept His Flaws

Rest doesn't really matter!
