Sharper and Starker as the Day Gets Darker … Thailand – GoldenHour Photography

As the sun descends and dusk falls, the shapes and forms in our surroundings become darker, shadier, and less clearly defined.

Colored and contrasted

But in this late evening sky, a few brilliant colors continued to shine through the clouds. The stark contrast of the burnt orange and the soft grey, the glowing yellow and the bright blue, combined to make this stunning scene. 

Framed and accented

The black mountains on the horizon and the black silhouettes of the branches and leaves provided a perfect frame for this glorious celestial palette.

And the 2 small, dark clouds, drifting just above the mountains, provided a nice little accent. Location – Chiang Mai, on Google Maps
