RE: Winter Struggles to Return - 24 vdc Solar 3 KW

hi @jeff kubitz
amazing that you can live in an area without electricity, for that you have a big power tool.

has it not rained there, I see it is very dry, and does the grass in the photo often become a ball when blown by the wind.

yes, I just pray that you are okay there with your family yal

We're doing okay and thanks for the prayers and your way too!

Today, I got this thing to charge for the first time. It's a 24 VDC ECO-WORTHY ECO3000W SR Model. The reason it did not charge: I had to hook up 2 panels in series x 2 in parallel+ the odd one in parallel because this is an MPPT Controller/ Charger $303. Two batteries in series $750 . 5 200 Watt 24 VDC solar panels $600. Wire, odds and ends $500. So I am happy and this thing is working ggrrreat!

ooo
the device is like a battery power storage
glad to hear that, the device works well, so, you can use the power there.

Yes, but it controls the AC/DIESEL Generator/Solar charge of batteries or direct AC output of the same. You don't need a battery as it can run off solar panels only(produce AC output directly from solar). I have batteries because I want electricity after sundown.
