What have you done today to reach your goals?

Sometimes, looking at your humongous To-Do List is more discouraging than anything.

Always start your day with a task you love to do to put you in a good mood. For the rest of the day, reward yourself after each boring task.

One way of making consistent progress towards your goals is to keep a daily calendar of the top 3 tasks you absolutely have to accomplish each day. Most importantly, strike each task once done. That feeling of accomplishment is what will push you to attack the next task.
