Moving in the Right Direction- Ready for Change
Just a quick Hello,
I started writing my goals and it feels like I'm moving in the right direction. Some of the improvements I'm working on have to do with my health. What I eat is important to me and I have noticed that I need to minimize my sugar intake. I decided to join a great group of people who are limiting their sugar intake for a week. I know it sounds like small leap forward but any improvement that helps me get started is great.
Another goal of mine is to read a book a month. The next book I'm planning to read is one my sister gave me to inspire me into action. We are starting a group to have discussions on the books we are reading. This will be the book of topic on our first meeting.
I'll discuss the parts of the book I find of value. I enjoy sharing information that may help others achieve their goals. When I was a little girl I use to play teacher, giving actual work and homework to my brothers and neighbors my age. It's in my nature to guide and to teach. I have always been a cheerleader to anyone that has needed it.
Remember, you must believe the tree will grow before you plant it.
