Is it true that human life originated from water?

Started from birth where a child lives in a sac of water called Amniotic fluid, which helps and protects the foetus from any physical arm and just after nine months, the breaking of water is a sign of child birth.

We are made of 75% of water and we live in a planet dominated with 70% of water. Water is also needed for the nature I mean plants and animals.

Can we survive with no water?

There will be many issues as a consequence of lack of water. We need to know that adult body needs on average around 2 litres of water per day to survive and function properly without water there is no life.
