SLC-S23//Week#5-Exploring The Global Cuisine (Venezuelan Cuisine)
It's immense pleasure for me to take part in Steemit Learning Challenge Season 23 Week#5.I am always in search of cooking different varieties of food and today I will explore Venezuela cuisine.
1-What is new for you from the course, any spice or cooking technique or anything that you want to share?(2pts)
Well I have tried Venezuela cuisine for the first time although I have tried different countries food. The different cooking technique was stir fry of chicken and vegetables.
I never cooked chicken like this in which added spices and then stir fry it similarly stir fry of vegetables and then cooked rice.
And you know the taste of rice was just yummy I loved the aroma and taste it was totally different from the pulao.
2- Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Venezuela cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe.

Cumin seeds | 1 tsp |
Dried Oregano | 1tsp |

Black Pepper | 1 tsp |
Garlic | 1 tsp fresh |

Oil as | 100ml |
Worcestershire Sauce | 1/2 tso |
Peas | 200grams |
Carrot | 1 |
Bell pepper | 1 |
let's try to make it :
step 1:
First of all I take boneless chicken and added above mentioned spices such as black pepper, salt crushed garlic, Cumin and worcestershire sauce and mixed it well kept it for 30 minutes so that all the spices can mixed with chicken, of I have used boneless chicken and one 🍗 for my little doll.

Step 2:
I have used all the fresh vegetables carrot piece and capsicum and chopped them well after washing and drying.
Step 3:
I take a pen and added oil and when it heated added chicken and stir fry it cooked it till it done the flame was high.

Step 4 :
As the chicken done I use the same pan and added chopped onion and stir fry it, and added all other vegetables and stir fry it on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 5 :
Then I have added chicken after this added 2 cup of water according to rice and then boiled added rice and wait till the water reduced.

3-Is your local cousine has any food that resembles with the shared recipe? (2pts)
Yeah our chicken vegetables are almost same as shared recipe only difference is the cooking technique normally we cooked all things same time rather to stir fry separately remaining dish is almost same.
It's called chicken vegetable pualo in my region it's almost similar to the shared recipe. Moreover my mom made vegetable pualo just like Venezuela cuisine but to be honest today I have come to know we have quite similar.
That's why through this challenge not only I have come to know global cuisine but also learn how same ingredients can be used through stir methods and the taste changes totally.
My family loved it and ask the recipe you f this pulao obviously I was happy that today I have try something different with more flavours.
4- Which flavour or spice do you like from Venezuelan cuisine ?
The spices cumin, thyme, oregano all are good in taste and also my favourite, I liked the flavour of rice it was different from normal ones because of the cooking technique of stir frying.
These spices are mostly used in our Pakistan foods too but method of addition is different and these spices makes the main flavour of our dish.
The Cumin is almost we used in ever dish but it can be added in chicken for marinated it was my first experience and the results were just awesome.
