1-Have you tried any Chinese food? Which Chinese food is available at your local places?

I often try to cook Chinese food at my house on any occasion or weekends. I like such foods because we can make these dishes with different types of vegetables, and chicken and beef.

Especially the ones I cook most at home are chicken fries, chicken Manchurian and vegetable chicken vegetable fried rice. This dish is my favorite Chinese dish at home that everyone in the house likes to eat, and one of the reasons we love these foods is that we use very little spices in this dish, especially the main spices in this dish are white and black pepper, tomato sauce, vinegar, soy sauce Wester sauce. And the special use in this cooking is a small amount of sugar that can double the test after cooking.

Such cuisines require very little oil, so Chinese dishes seem very healthy to me, so whenever I have time or opportunity, I make a variety of items in my home.
Apart from Chinese items, another popular dish is soup, which is very popular in our country, so I mostly prepare such dishes at home.



2- Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Chinese cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe.


Chinese food I will make a recipe here but this recipe I will try to cook exactly the recipe given in your engagement learning challenge but in this case I needed some ingredients that I didn't have in hand so I made this recipe today without them.

Boneless chicken500 gm
Black and white pepper powder1/2 tsp
Corn flower2 tbsp
All-purpose flour2 tbsp
Egg whisked1
Cooking oil200 ml
Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
Chop garlic1 tbsp
Chop ginger1 tbsp
Tomato sauce2 tsp
Oil3 tbsp
Halfa spoon of salt
Green chilies8-9
Vinegar1/4 Tsp
Capsicum1\2
Black and white pepper powder1/2 tsp
chicken stock1/4 cup

Cooking Method


In the first step of cooking, cut the chicken into cubes and then mix it with ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder, egg,salt soy sauce, vinegar, and cornflour ,flour and marinate it for 20 minutes.
Then oil a pan and I'll take the chicken pieces one by one.

Now put oil in another pan and fry ginger garlic paste in oil. Then fry it in a little oil with garlic, ginger and green chillies. Now at this stage I'll add the fried chicken and add salt, chicken stock, soy sauce,tomato sauce, sugar and pepper to it and cook it for two to three minutes on high heat.Then I'll shake the gas stove off for a minute with capsicum and pour it into a serving bowl and make today's Chicken Chinese Recipe I made.

3- What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fashion of your local species?

My favorite family recipe among dishes is this vegetable will have fried rice and chicken fries and chicken Manchurian.

And if there isn't a bowl of soup in addition to these, the food isn't full, so I always try to keep quiet corn or Thai soup along with such foods, and these foods are loved by everyone in my family.I make a variety of Chinese dishes by combining my native species

here are many types of Chinese items available to buy food in my local place, but I prefer to buy such Chinese items at home rather than eating them outside, so in most cases I make them at home, but suddenly on a special day, I sometimes eat outside. Try to eat different types of food in the area.

4- Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe?


I encountered two difficulties while making the recipe.

  • I usually cook such dishes at home but the problem I had while cooking today was that I ran out of oyster sauce which I couldn't use in this cooking today.

  • The 2nd problem I faced was with chopped ginger because if I had spread the ginger chopped chicken on the last minute of cooking, I wouldn't have wanted to eat this chicken recipe my child.That's because they'll feel pretty upset when eating chicken when it's out of the chicken as well as what ginger beats will look like. Because they don't want to eat ginger like this. So while cooking this chicken recipe I have fried the ginger in chopped oil which while eating will not feel raw at all and we ate this chicken recipe today with the whole family with great pleasure.

Housewives are the target when mothers cook what their children like and what food they cannot eat.So this recipe was used by me at the beginning of cooking the ginger so my boys could eat it.
