SLC-S23//Week#3-Exploring The Global Cuisine (Chinese Cuisine)
Hello friends I hope you are great today I am here to take part in another interesting learning challenge that is the global cuisine Chinese its one of our favourite food that is cooked almost every week I truly love it and here is my participation for SLC-S23//Week#3-Exploring The Global Cuisine (Chinese Cuisine).
1-Have you tried any Chinese food? Which Chinese food is available at your local places?(2pts)
Yeah, mostly I tried Chinese food because it's taste is good easy to cook liked by kids especially and my husband also liked it. I cooked it very speedy because in view these are easy with very few spices easy to cook at home.
Yeah in my place different food as available such chowmein, chicken Manchurian, sweet and sour fruit chilli chicken, hot and sour soup etc these are few Chinese dishes which are easier available in my place but to be honest I always try Chinese food at home because I think it's not bit time taking.
Moreover when family loved we try to make different combinations of the Chinese food at home obviously it gave more taste.
2- Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Chinese cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentation of recipe. (4 pts)
I have tried chicken dry chilli let's start.
The ingredients I have used.
- Chicken boneless 250 grams
- Oil 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli 3
- Soya sauce 1/2tsp
- Chilli sauce 1 tsp
- Chilli garlic ketchup 4 cup
- All purpose flour and corn flour 2tsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Step 1
I clean the chicken and cut in juvenile and then added egg, corn flour all purpose flour, black pepper and salt and ginger garlic paste half tsp. Mixed it well and kept for 30 minutes.

Step 2
After this I take pot added oil as it heat up added marinated chicken cooked it low to medium flame till the golden colour appeared.
Step 3
I take pot added little oil and then added ginger garlic cooked it for few seconds and added chilli it in and also the spring onion.

As it's done added chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Added cooked chicken, mixed it well added black pepper and little salt. Cooked it then I added chicken stock in it.

After cooking few one to two minutes it's done garnish it with spring onions I also cooked fried rice along with it

3- What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fusion of your local species?(2pts)
Yeah,, my family favourite dish is chilli dry chicken with fried rice and also the chowmein, I cooked it with added seasonal vegetables which make it more tasty anf healthy for my family.
My doll liked fried rice with Manchurian I often cooked it for her this is only one dish which she enjoyed to eat.
4- Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe?(1pts)
No I faced no difficulty it was easy for me the problem is photography and taking phone from my doll which is very difficult.
