Question 3: What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fusion of your local species?

There are many recipes in the Chinese cuisine that are easy to make and the ingredients used are mostly popular and accessible here. My favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine is chicken ketchup sauce made with veggies. It is very similar to this particular one taught in class but the difference is that; fresh tomatoes, ketchup ( tomato mix) and veggies ( carrots, green peas) are added. All the ingredients used in chicken dried chilli are used in chicken ketchup sauce except egg, corn flour and sugar. Chinese spaghetti is also another nice recipe to make but it is not my family's favorite, everyone enjoys the sauce more.

Question 4: Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe?

No, I didn't face any difficulty in making this recipe. It is simple and less stressful. I have made something similar to this before so it was easy for me to catch up fast. Outside the recipe, the only thing that consumed my time was when I was preparing the chilli garlic sauce used in this recipe.
