How to qualify:
Anyone who upvotes with less of 15SP won't qualify for the rewards. Those who have 15SP or more but upvote with let's say 1%(basically 0$) also won't qualify for the rewards. Don't get confused if you have 10000SP and upvote with 1%(0.02$) you qualify, also if your vote is 0$ and have 15SP or more and you upvote 100% you qualify because your vote is woth a significant amount(If I didn't explain it well feel free to ask me).

For now the rewards will be distibuted evenly to low contributors and by %ntage to high contributors until I find a solution on how to keep track of payouts
