Where you explained the two different type of Discrimiation which are:
Explicit Discrimination
Implicit/Accidental Discrimination
Where explicit discrimination implies that a person cannot be deny a right which is stated clearly under the law (of any nation,organisation or association), that it must be available to everyone provided the person has met some certain requirements, E.g. You can walk into any Restaurant to eat provided you can pay your bills. You cannot be denied of eating because of your Age, Color, Religion or gender.
While Implicit/Accidental Discrimination is a type of discrimination and denial done based on a person's race,resident city or any other factor concluded from the result of connecting a person's data through a machine learning algorithm which is capable of correlating all existing data of the person in question from different source.
