Under The Fairy Lights

Back when I was dabbling into this app that makes simple animations I was limited to falling and dropping movements which is quite easy to make. I was thinking how to make another kind of animation effect which is in this drawing a pulsing light. It was a mystery at first and I could not find a tutorial for it. Maybe if I timed the animation like one changed in position of the light at a given time then on to the next position in quick succession then maybe it would help. So that is what I did and was happy with the results. I still kept the falling animation which is the very first technique I learned. That said, this drawing has two of those animation techniques that I learned on my own. Hehehe Hope you like it.
