Growing own veggies at home is fun. It not only give fresh and organic products, but helps you keep healthy as well. And sometimes it surprises you with something very unusual stuffs. Like I have some experience with my Flat Beans.

To my surprise, this time we have Purple Color Flat beans in our farm area. Usually, flat beans are found in Green color which are cooked and consumed in different ways either by frying or having a gravy dish or either to make pakoras. There are many dishes in Indian kitchen

This year not only the vegetable, but even the vegetable flowers also have grown in Purple Color. Usually, the flowers of Flat beans are White in Color on which Green Flat Beans grows. But since starting, we have Purple flower in the bale. I never had imagined to have Purple veggies from it.

This is very unusual and unique thing happened in our farm. Last so many years, we only have one variety of Flat beans and that is White flower and Green Veggies. But this year , we were surprised to see the Purple Color, which looks quite beautiful out there in my Farm among the green leafes.
To make it more beautiful , the bale get tangled with marigold flower plant and making it more beautiful.

Anyway the beauty of my farm get more mesmerising with the purple Color. Looks awesome.👍
