This is in the arguably art category. Which I have posted and love to talk about. Whats the intention? Where did this photo come from?? If it's from a website showcasing only sexy women, profiting off the sexualization of women's bodies, then no this is not art. Just because her body is a masterpiece doesn't mean your photo of it is as well. If you think about it for a minute... you're essentially capturing a woman's beauty, her power, and then calling it your art. In my post I argue that Art is beauty, so if your gonna appreciate the artists of this photo thank her parents or possibly God if you believe.
