- 2 tortillas
- Approximately 100 grams of minced beef or pork
- Half a small onion or a few garlic cloves
- 1 tomato
- 4 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- An appropriate amount of salad dressing (squeeze a strip)
- An appropriate amount of black pepper powder (sprinkle a little)
Chop the beef into a paste, dice the onion or garlic cloves, and peel and dice the tomato.
Steam the potato until cooked. Then, add an appropriate amount of salad dressing and black pepper powder, and mash it into a puree.
Heat oil in a pan. Put the onion in and stir - fry until fragrant. Add the minced beef and stir - fry until it changes color. Then add the chopped tomatoes and keep stir - frying. Next, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, a little salt and black pepper for seasoning. Take it out and set aside.
Heat a non - stick pan without adding oil. Put a tortilla in the pan over low heat throughout the process. Spread mashed potatoes on half of the tortilla, then add the minced beef mixture on top of the mashed potatoes, and finally place two slices of cheese on it.
Then fold the other half of the tortilla over the side with fillings. Continue to fry until the tortilla turns golden - brown and the cheese slices are melted.
Remove it from the pan and cut it evenly into three pieces with two cuts.
Arrange it casually on the plate, and it looks really appetizing.
You can either buy ready - made tortillas or make them yourself.
The ingredients and steps for making tortillas at home are as follows:
Ingredients:
- 400g plain flour
- 6g dried yeast
- 4g salt
- 18g corn oil or olive oil
- 240g water
Steps:
- Put all the ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into pieces of about 50g each. Press each piece into a small round cake, and then let them rest for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle some dry flour on the countertop to prevent sticking. Roll the round cakes into thin pancakes about 8 inches in diameter.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Put the pancake into the pan without adding oil. Then turn to low heat. After about 40 seconds, small bubbles will form on the pancake. Flip it over quickly, and after about 10 seconds, it can be taken out of the pan.
- Stack the pancakes. After all are done, wrap them with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.
If you can't finish them, store them in the freezer.
