Everyone is running at a rapid speed these days, which necessitates being in shape. What exactly does fitness imply?
It is a person's ability to adjust to changes and deal with the challenges that come with constantly changing surroundings. In any situation, individuals who are fit will have a serene mind and a healthy body.
Physical fitness encompasses both mental and physical well-being.
On the other hand, we can consider fitness to be a synonym for health.
The pressures of modern life can only be successfully managed by people who are in good health; in other words, to succeed today, one must be physically healthy. Both of these things are intertwined.
