RE: Making the most of a Doorstep.

Rosemary has intensely aromatic leaves and is commonly used in Lamb dishes.

That’s true! I personally love Lamb meat. Even though the meat is much more complex to cook correctly than other such as beef or chicken. There was one time I tried to surprise my family. I searched everything I could including You Tube videos “how to cook a perfect lamb”.

Everything was set and prepared for cooking perfect lamb I purchased at local supermarket including fresh rosemary. The only mistake I made that day, I overcooked it. “Paste” came out of it 😆. I wanted to make it really tender, so I left it for 8 hours in the oven 😱lol. Since then, I leave lamb cooking for professionals. In other word, for my mother in law.

Geraniums

Eye-catching geranium flowers in white, pink, salmon, red, fuchsia, lavender or bi-colors are popular additions to gardens. While geraniums have cemented their place in beautiful gardens, did you know that this flowering plant can help improve your well-being, too? Geraniums aren’t just pleasing to the eyes, but can offer positive effects to your body.

Geraniums are actually perennial plants native to South Africa and then brought to Europe in the 17th century. Out of all the geranium species, only Pelargonium graveolens, aka Sweet-scented geranium or Rose geranium can be safely consumed.

The edible Sweet geranium grows to about 1.2 meters (4 feet) by 0.8 meters (2.6 feet) and flowers from May to July. The rose-scented leaves are good brewed as a tea and the flowers can be eaten raw. They help relieving stress, treating inflammation, boosting the immune system, improving kidney health...
