India-Pakistan Conflict:

A major development has been the conflict between India and Pakistan. Pakistan announced "Operation Bunyanun Marsoos," initiating large-scale military action, including airstrikes in India. A Fatah-II missile from Pakistan was intercepted. A US-mediated ceasefire was announced but reports of violations and new clashes quickly followed.

Gaza War:

Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip have continued, resulting in civilian casualties, mostly women and children. There was a report of Hamas agreeing to release dual American-Israeli citizen hostage Edan Alexander, who was subsequently released.

Syrian Civil War:

Reports indicate field executions against members of the Syrian Druze community, characterized by their spiritual leader as a "genocidal campaign." The remains of 30 people believed to be killed by Islamic State militants were found in Aleppo Governorate.
