7 days with genesis mining....still nothing

7 days with genesis mining....still nothing. I contacted customer service 48hours ago and they said 24-48 hours. 48 hours has come and gone. Not really sure what to think. I have high hopes, but i am starting to think maybe i have been scammed 😞
