Chelsea Manning for US Senate
Advocate.com is reporting that Chelsea Manning is running for senate.
The former Army intelligence analyst convicted of violations of the espionage act for releasing a trove of classified documents to WikiLeaks - documents which detailed the abuses, cover-ups, and mistakes of the American military in Iraq - announced her bid to run for a senate seat in Maryland.
She announced her candidacy with the help of a YouTube video:
