SEC-S20W5 | 3rd Time: Desserts.

It's another interesting week to have tried something different. Gastronomy is just very interesting and fun, I can't say that I've had less fun all through this season. It has been great, amazing, beautiful, and fun filled. I can't imagine what has been going on in the heart of neighbors, hahahah.

Are you good at making desserts? Have you made desserts before? Tell us.

I might not be so good at making desserts all these years, but I'm becoming better. I have made various desserts like; cakes, pudding, ice cream, custard, smoothies, fruit salads etc...

I didn't study how to make a dessert, instead I practiced each time I have the opportunity. Though, I have made several mistakes and then I learn my mistakes and become better.

We would like you to prepare a dessert (serve the exact amount for 1 person on a dessert plate). It is important to explain the preparation process and the result of this dessert.

I made banana oat smoothie. This smoothie is what I take everyday. Although all ingredients are not so complete but I made do with what I had.

• Oat
• Banana
• Milk
• Yoghurt
• You can add, honey and peanut butter (optional)

Steps for preparation

• Pour in the yoghurt into a blender, peel the banana and add also, then add the milk.

• Go in with the oat, honey and peanut butter. Here, I used only oat.

• Blend until you have a smooth outcome.

• Pour into a dessert cup. (I don't have a dessert cup so I used the available cup). Add some crunchy mixed fruits and some slices of banana and set into the fridge to cool.

Which starter and which main dish would go with the dessert you just prepared? Imagine a 3-course menu that goes with your delicious dessert.

Starter- Minced prawns

Main dish- Coconut rice and chicken ( Basmati rice)

Dessert- Banana oat smoothie

Muy nutritivo tu batido, como postre debe ser muy rico, y aunque el cambur es dulce sí le agregaría la miel, aunque le colocaría menos avena jejeje. Me encantó la adición de los frutos secos para aportar otra textura.

Excelente receta amiga, un postre bastante sencillo de realizar pero bien delicioso y nutritivo, me encanta porque lleva ingredientes que siempre tenemos en casa, así que lo podemos preparar a cualquier hora y queda estupendo.
