Gas-mixed mudflow in North Aceh, Indonesia
In Tanah Jamboe Aye, Aceh Utara District, Indonesia, precisely in Tanjung Minjeu village on Wednesday (01/23/2019), it was shocked with a mudflow that was indicated to be mixed with gas coming out of the wellbore.
According to local residents, the drill well has been dug one day before. A new mudflow was discovered in the morning by residents who were about to dig back the drill well.
The height of the mudflow reaches 10 meters. There are also residents who have fled, fearing the possible impact of the mudflow mixed with the gas.
Until now the mudflow is still going on at the scene and has inundated the location and surrounding residential areas, although according to the news it has begun to decrease rather than the previous bursts.
