It is a beautiful day in the Garden of Eden, and we are giving thanks for more than enough of everything in this abundant life of freedom!  

We made a delicious feast for our full time volunteers on our indoor wood burning stove rather than on the rocket stoves of our sustainable outdoor kitchen. We stayed nice and toasty, had a fantastic meal, AND heated water for showers for super sustainable efficiency. As usual, there was more than enough food for everyone, and we are happy to share our abundance with you!

We made a wonderful feast with roasted chicken, strawberry spinach salad, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, pasta Alfredo, garlic bread, and a yummy dessert treat too!

So much sustainable food that is not only delicious, but also supports a better world for ALL! It's awesome to have daily feasts that make a better EARTH!!!

Oh yes, delicious, delicious SUSTAINABILITY!!! We have LOADS of it on hand every day! Free food for everyone prepared in a way that helps our living planet too, and no one has to sell their life hours to a job they hate just so they can afford to have a nutritious meal - we have a lot to be thankful for! 

We started with a great big, bright, colorful, healthy, raw spinach salad topped with strawberries, goat cheese, red onions, and chopped pecans. 

Then we made a pasta dish with penne, creamy Alfredo sauce, chicken, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes.

We offered juicy roasted chicken for our carnivores as well.

We steamed sweet potatoes and acorn squash and dusted them with flavorful and nutritious cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg. The spices complement the sweetness of these tasty, nutrient rich vegetables!

We made a loaf of crunchy, buttery garlic bread sprinkled with herbs, and cut it into wedges for everyone to enjoy a piece.

We offered shredded parmesan cheese and creamy basil pesto sauce on the side for garnishing our meals.

Look at all that colorful, high vibe, sustainable DANKNESS!! 

And we had a special dessert treat tonight too - decadent slices of fudgey chocolate brownies topped with whipped cream and fresh raspberries!

Epic sustainable feasting! More than enough for everyone! Giving it all away! Cooking it over fire by burning "trash" wood!!

We do all of our cooking over fire, using wood that was otherwise destined to end up in a landfill! This is our indoor wood burning stove in action - it cooks our food, warms our communal space, and heats water for hot showers all at the same time!
