Saving seedling and plants that go leggy!

in #gardening7 years ago

We all do it, we sow a load of seeds in the early season as we are itching to get in the garden. The weather turns and sudenly your stuck with plants growing on a window sill screaming for more light.

These then become leggy, the plant basicly grows a huge stem because its trying to find the sun as a plant really need sun light from 3 sides inorder to be healthy, and obviously most wondows are flat, so they only get sun from one side.

But all is not lost, most seedling can be saved and you will get some good plants from them.
